Chicken, Mushroom And Broccoli Quiche Recipe

1 roll Shortcrust pastry
3 blanks Chicken
300 g Broccoli
200 g Button Mushrooms
3 Eggs
10 ml Low-fat fresh cream
50 ml Skimmed milk
1 pinch Thyme
Salt and pepper

How To Make;

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Cook the broccoli for 10 minutes in boiling salted water and drain.
  3. Cut up the chicken breasts and slice the mushrooms.
  4. Brown the chicken in a pan for 5 minutes and then add the mushrooms. Continue cooking until the water disappears.
  5. Put the pastry base in a dish and place the chicken, mushrooms and broccoli on top. Pepper generously and sprinkle with thyme.
  6. In a salad bowl, vigorously mix the eggs, fresh cream and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Pour the preparation on the dough and put in the oven for 30 minutes.
